We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling graphics, creating engaging video content, and ensuring that all visual assets align with our brand identity. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, driving audience engagement, and supporting our overall marketing efforts.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop design concepts that align with Trove's brand identity.

• Design and update presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials as needed.

Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines and communicate the desired message effectively.

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and the company website.

Add music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to enhance the video content.

• Collaborate with the content team to develop storyboards and scripts for video projects.

Manage and organise video assets, ensuring all content is stored and labelled correctly for easy access and future use.

• Stay updated with the latest video editing software, tools, and trends to continuously improve video quality.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and video editing software.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to transform concepts into engaging visual content.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative thinker with a passion for design and visual storytelling.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
