Key Responsibilities:_
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand and implement the brand's language and communication across website, social media, email, WhatsApp marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
Utilize design thinking research methodologies to gain insights into consumer behavior and develop thoughtful, innovative designs.- Participate in new product development by understanding ingredients, brand ethos, specifications, and structures, and recommend feasible solutions for product and packaging designs for new launches.
Track project timelines, create action plans for deliverables, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and marketing objectives.
Oversee and manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the brand's design strategies innovative and competitive.
Design visuals for performance marketing campaigns, incorporate feedback, and make necessary adjustments to meet goals.
- Demonstrate originality and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
Advocate for design by organizing brainstorm sessions and promoting design thinking within the team.- Continuously iterate and improve designs while maintaining brand consistency.
Stay updated with ongoing marketing trends to ensure Mul Secrets designs remain relevant in the industry.

Qualifications:_
- Candidates from Design institutes like NIFT, NID, or any design university (Communication Design) are preferred.
1-2 years of experience in design, visual communication, packaging design, graphic design, or brand identity design.- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (XD, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Visuals), CapCut, and strong skills in GIFs, motion graphics, and other graphic design elements.
Previous experience in a fast-growing D2C FMCG company at an early stage is essential.
- Creative flair, originality, a keen aesthetic sense, and strong innovation skills.
Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work well in a team.- Up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
