ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the needs, behaviors, and pain points within the Ecommerce context is vital.
Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand the need.- Effective communication skills, both verbal and visual, are essential to convey design concepts and gather feedback.
Strong problem-solving skills to navigate intricate business processes, data flows, and user interactions.
- Should be comfortable working with data and analytics to inform their design decisions.
Should understand Prototyping and usability testing before implementation.- Good practical experience with industry-leading software and technologies, such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and so on.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:- Worked in an Ecommerce company and should have basic knowledge of UI UX.
Zeal to keep learning, experimenting & and trying something new.
- Creative thinker & with excellent time management and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.- Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
Should have experience in team management.
- Inspiring leadership & lead by example, motivating and inspiring team members to do their best work.
Can adapt to changing circumstances, feedback, and requirements without losing sight of the creative vision.- Open to receiving feedback and criticism, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
