PagarGuru is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design and video editing principles, and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create high-quality visual materials that align with our brand guidelines.

• Key Responsibilities

• Design & Branding:

Create visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, website, brochures, and other promotional materials.

• Maintain consistency with the brand identity across all materials.

• Video Editing:

Edit and produce engaging videos for product demos, customer testimonials, and marketing purposes.

• Add effects, motion graphics, and animation as needed.

• Content Creation:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop fresh, innovative designs and video content.

• Conceptualize and design graphics, infographics, and illustrations for product promotions and presentations.

• Creative Collaboration:

Work with other departments to understand project scope, objectives, and timelines.

• Present design concepts and creative ideas to team members and stakeholders.

• Market Trend Research:

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to produce cutting-edge work.

• Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma).

• Knowledge of video editing software (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Preferred Skills*

Experience in UI/UX design or web design is a plus.

Knowledge of social media trends and marketing strategies.

Basic understanding of photography and videography techniques.
