As a Creative Lead - you ideate and deliver best-in-class creatives that intrinsically align with the DAMROO brand and business objectives. You liaise with workflow coordinators and content teams to render creative concepts strategically and tactically into effective collaterals. Your primary work involves creating design solutions for impactful and enhanced user experiences, across multiple languages. You have an astute understanding of design principles and highly refined sense of aesthetics. So, you comfortably work within the brand specifications, yet push the boundaries to deliver compelling and inspiring creative solutions.
Office location: Andheri (W), Mumbai
Joining: Immediate (Full time) | Monday - Saturday
Monthly Salary: Rs. 20,000 - 35,000 depending on industry experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design playlists, album cover arts, banners, branding materials, such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, UI/UX, proposals and social media collaterals
- Video editing, packaging, creating animated content, ideate and make promotional video clips, music video editing and packaging
- Adhere to Damroo brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency
- Stay up to date with latest design trends, socialize the same to peers
- Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallely
- Communicate effectively with internal team and clients (mainly artists) while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
- Provide unique and innovative design solutions and make the right design choices
- Be a part and contribute towards various organizational initiatives

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media), Corel Draw
- Knowledge of Adobe After effects, Premier Pro and motion graphics skills is a must
- 1-4 years of relevant experience
