- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, marketing materials, logos, and branding assets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts, brainstorm ideas, and contribute to project planning and execution.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and channels.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality work that meets their needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices across different mediums and platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, take direction, and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional visual experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
- Experience working in an agency or creative studio environment.
