We would like to bring to your attention that this job role includes a probation period of 3-6 months, during which the initial salary range offered is Rs. 15,000-20,000 per month post which there can be even 100% appraisal based on performance. Freshers are accepted.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners,email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative concepts and designs that align with the companys branding and marketing strategies.
- Support the production of design elements for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Help maintain the companys visual brand consistency across all projects and platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall design process.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Receive and implement feedback from senior designers and other team members.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or Internship and courses related to designing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity (include link to portfolio if applicable).
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Preferred Skills
- To analysis and bring in new creative aspects of design to existing ideas
- A good amount exposure and knowledge on various AI's that makes job easy on design front
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
