Role Description

Job Description

Design graphics from initial concept through to completion.

Offer design recommendations and develop content for a diverse range of clients.

Responsible for designing a variety of assets including web graphics, posters, banners, artworks, websites, business cards, and logos etc.

• Creating visual designs for print and digital media
• Collaborating with clients and decision-makers to understand project requirements
• Designing brand kits to ensure branding consistency
• Using design software to produce visually appealing designs
• Creating visual elements like logos and illustrations
• Revising designs based on client feedback

Analyze and structure design frameworks based on project concepts and specified requirements.

Create motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, marketing demos, tik tok videos, social media videos etc.).

Create layouts and designs for advertisements, social media postings, brand building, brochures, magazines etc.

Liaise between the Management and design teams to ensure that deadlines are met.

Ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with the brand identity.

Develop prototypes and draft plans for final design approval.

Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

Ensure all deliverables comply with client policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graphics and Graphic Design skills
• Experience in logo design and branding
• Strong typography skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
