• Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for visual storytelling.

• Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, banners, and advertisements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet business objectives.

Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all design projects.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal.

• Develop layouts and designs for web pages, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.

Prepare final designs for printing or digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.

Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.

• Manage and organize design files and assets.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design work.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.

• Skills:

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.

Strong visual and conceptual skills.

• Ability to take feedback and make necessary revisions.
