The Golden Theory is a premium home decor e-commerce brand, catering to design enthusiasts with a wide range of curated products including ceramic dinner sets, cups, mugs, vases, platters, animal figurines, and more.We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help visually communicate our brand story across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and high-converting digital content for social media, website, email campaigns, and ads.
- Design creative assets for social media reels, stories, posts, banners, and promotional graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and brand-aligned designs that highlight our products, including cutlery, ceramic tableware, and animal figurines.
- Conceptualize and design marketing collaterals such as brochures, newsletters, and display ads to ensure cohesive branding.
- Work closely with the content and product teams to develop product packaging designs and product displays.
- Stay updated with design trends to create modern and impactful graphics that resonate with our target audience.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (preferably within the e-commerce or home decor industry).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio showcasing past design projects, particularly for digital media and branding.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, details, and the ability to create visually captivating designs.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
