Job SummaryThe Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics that drive engagement and elevate The Formularx's brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Development: Ensure all designs are aligned with The Formularx's brand identity and guidelines.
- Content Creation: Design engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including social media, websites, email campaigns, print materials, packaging, and advertisements.
- Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Product Design: Collaborate with the product development team to design packaging and labels that reflect our brand's commitment to sustainability and innovation.
- Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for visual projects, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials.
- Visual Storytelling: Use graphic design to tell the story of The Formularx's products and mission, enhancing the customer experience and driving engagement.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the skincare, beauty, or related industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Corel draw, & Canva.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and technical skills.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to create compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs accordingly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and video editing is a plus.
