We are seeking an experienced Social Media Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing for social media. The ideal candidate is creative, highly skilled in visual storytelling, and has a solid understanding of social media trends and formats. This role will be pivotal in creating eye-catching, on-brand graphics that enhance our digital presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create Social Media Graphics: Design engaging visuals for various social media platforms, including static posts, carousels, infographics, stories, banners, and promotional ads.

- Develop and Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics are consistent with our brand's visual identity, tone, and style, maintaining a cohesive look across social channels.

- Collaborate with Marketing and Content Teams: Work closely with the social media, marketing, and content teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into visually compelling assets.

- Stay Updated on Social Media Trends: Regularly monitor design and social media trends to bring fresh, creative ideas that keep our content current and engaging.

- Design for Engagement: Create graphics that drive interaction and engagement, optimizing each design to stand out on various social platforms.

- Manage and Organize Assets: Organize and manage all graphic assets for easy accessibility and ensure they are available for cross-team usage.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, specifically for social media.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), Canva, or other relevant design tools.

- Creative Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a variety of social media designs that highlight creativity, brand alignment, and engagement focus.

- Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of best practices for design on social media platforms, including optimal dimensions, layouts, and trends.

- Attention to Detail: High standard of accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail in all designs.
