Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate gets to work in a highly collaborative, fun, fast-paced, results-driven environment. As a Graphic Designer, your job entails a detailed process right from defining requirements to visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, photo manipulation, editing reels, layouts, and photos. Youll be responsible for determining the design language and the overall appeal of all marketing collaterals.

Responsibilities:

Study design briefs and define requirements

Conceptualize visuals based on the requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand

Brainstorm to come up with outstanding design ideas and concepts

Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing

Must have:

Up to 1+ years of proven graphic designing experience

A good portfolio of illustrations and/or other graphics

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Hands-on experience in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and after effects

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• A degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
