Key Responsibilities:

Design and Create Visual Content: Develop eye-catching banners, social media graphics, email templates, and other marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines.

Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are current and innovative.

Maintain Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the client's brand identity and maintain a high level of quality across all projects.

Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing agency or a similar role.

Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and other design and video editing software.

Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and projects.
