Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designers to join our creative team. The ideal candidates will have a strong eye for visual design and a passion for creating stunning designs / visuals that elevate our events. You will collaborate with the event production, marketing, and client-facing teams to design and deliver engaging, high-quality graphics for a variety of platforms, including social media, event branding, print, and digital formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations for event promotions, branding, and marketing materials.

Create cohesive designs for both digital and print formats, including social media content, banners, brochures, and event signage.

Collaborate with the creative and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visuals aligned with the event's theme and client expectations.

Ensure consistency in the company's branding and visual identity across all platforms.

Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh design ideas to enhance the visual appeal of our events.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (experience in event management or related industries is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,CorelDRAW) and other graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with social media trends and content creation for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
