Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experiencedGraphic Designerwith 5+ years of expertise, specifically in creating engaging visual content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a deep understanding of current design trends and social media dynamics.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality graphics that align with brand guidelines, attract audience attention, and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling graphics for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop creative concepts and designs for digital marketing campaigns, including static images, GIFs, infographics, and short videos.
- Collaborate with the social media and content teams to align designs with overall campaign goals.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and social media platform guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all digital and social media assets.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high design quality.
- Edit and optimize images for web and social media, ensuring the best performance in various formats.
- Create storyboards, sketches, and prototypes to present ideas to Reporting Manager/HOD.
- Monitor the performance of social media visuals and adjust designs based on analytics and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio focused on social media designs.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Familiarity with video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other web-based design tools.
- Design Skills:
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to create dynamic visual content tailored for different social media platforms.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and develop fresh ideas that resonate with the target audience.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in both creative and technical work.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to present and justify design decisions.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a marketing or digital agency setting.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
