Responsibilities
1) Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas and designs for app, web, social media, Online ads (FB, Google & YouTube) & OOH.
2) Manage entire projects from concept to delivery based on brand guidelines.
3) Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
4) Create high-quality designs that are curated for different event IPs.
5) Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions
Ownership of projects assigned
6) Track and measure engagement levels and/or conversions to understand performance.
Requirements
1) 2 to 4 years of work experience
2) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator is a must.
3) Independently create graphics from concept sketch to final render.
4) Strong sense of typography, imagery, colours, composition and visual layouts
5) Welcome feedback and quickly deliver the creatives.
6) Strong portfolio demonstrating solid graphic design knowledge.
7) Adobe After Effects & Cinema 4D is a plus.
8) Ability to keep up with & implement recent developments in the design
Diligence to hit deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English.
