Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with proficiency in Photoshop
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs and a solid understanding of design principles
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
- Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create engaging and visually appealing designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the design requirements and develop creative concepts
- Design and optimize graphics for digital platforms including websites, emails, and social media
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different channels
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into the designs
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy and precision of the designs
