Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, sales collaterals, ATL, BTL campaigns, and advertisements.
Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and creativity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design strategies.
Provide support in the design and execution of presentations and pitch materials.
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary design adjustments.
Contribute ideas and creative input to enhance overall design concepts and strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Graphic Designer, specializing in branding, ATL creatives, visual design, and social media.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an added advantage.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative design projects.
Ability to create visually stunning and engaging graphics that align with brand aesthetics and appeal to the target audience.
Familiarity with graphic & video requirements, formats, and best practices for various social media platforms.
A knowledge of photography & production is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not required.
An Agency experience or experience with D2C brands is good to have.
