What are we looking for
Inquisitive, creative and your default is to find solutions by making. Hands-on experience in digital media production means you can concept, design, produce and put the finishing touches on any story. You are as obsessed with culture as you are with content deeply connected to social media, current events, the zeitgeist, and trends. You know how to make content that get clicks!
Role Responsibilities:
- Produce design for a variety of uses and find the sweet spot that lives at the intersection of quality creative and resourcefulness.
- Work alongside an Art director and a team of designers & copywriter to create and conceptualise designs for creative campaigns, social media, and marketing briefs.
- Creating and/or overlooking and reviewing the production assets that come in from the external/internal production team.
- Develop thoughtful creative work that delivers on the overall strategy within the required turnaround times.
Requirements:
- 1.5 2.5 years of experience with creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. (Great if you have a prior advertising/digital/social media agency background)
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must. After Effects would be a great add-on (or you should be willing to learn).
- Ability to be collaborative and flexible in working with diverse teams and with shifting priorities.
- Experience working with Copywriters, Social Media Strategists and Account Managers.
- Have experience managing clients and coordinating in fluent professional level English.
- Keep up with online social media trends and design in the digital space.
