Position 1: Mid-Level 2D Graphic Designer (2 to 5 years experience in event / marketing)

Position 2: Senior 3D Visualiser (5+ years experience in the event industry only)

Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer/Visualiser at Merakie, you'll be a vital part of our creative team. Your mission To transform concepts and ideas into visually stunning designs that set the stage for extraordinary events. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on experience for 2D design and a minimum of 5 years for 3D design in the event industry, who's not afraid to push the boundaries of design to create immersive event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate & Conceptualize: Work with our team to create visually impactful event materials, including event branding, signage, stage backdrops, digital presentations, and more.

Translate Ideas: Transform complex ideas into simple, elegant, and engaging visuals.

Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, software, and tools to ensure your designs are cutting-edge and industry-standard.

Contribute Creatively: Play a crucial role in the ideation process, shaping the visual identity of events from inception.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the event industry.

Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw, SketchUp, or similar tools.

A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating event-related designs.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

A keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a drive to continuously innovate and elevate design concepts.
