Partner closely with the engineering team to understand project specifics, technical details, and desired outcomes.
Translate complex engineering concepts and data into visually compelling graphics, diagrams, and infographics that accurately represent the content and are easily understandable by non-technical audiences.
Visual Design and Production:
Design and produce a wide range of materials including presentations, technical documentation, user manuals, marketing materials, and instructional videos.
Ensure all visual designs adhere to company branding guidelines and communication standards.
Work with a variety of design tools and software to create high-quality visuals.
Project Management and Collaboration:
Manage design projects from concept through production and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and the final products meet quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customers, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
Feedback Integration and Revision:
Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and make revisions as needed.
Stay receptive to constructive criticism and maintain flexibility to adapt designs in response to changing requirements and feedback.
Continuous Learning and Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Continuously seek to improve skills and knowledge in visual communication and specific engineering domains to better serve the product audience and enhance the overall quality of visual materials.
Qualifications:
Portfolio showcasing skills in illustration and graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
Basic understanding of video editing.
Excellent sketching abilities to conceptualise designs.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Optionally:
Experience in 3D illustration or modelling is a plus.
