*Job Summary:*

Kvon Tech is looking for a creative and innovative *Graphic Designer* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and design, with the ability to create compelling graphics for both digital and print media. You will collaborate with various departments to produce visually engaging content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Design and produce visually compelling graphics for digital and print media.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive designs that align with brand identity and project goals.

Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Create layouts for websites, social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design tools to continuously improve skills and design quality.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.

- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback while maintaining the integrity of design concepts.

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

*Preferred Skill :*

Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

Knowledge of web design and responsive design practices.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative concepts.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
