Role Description:
Ability to lead projects and teams by applying Design principles to programs, projects and initiatives.
Understand and distill the brand proposition into design decisions across properties & projects
Ability to understand user personas to strategize and execute design projects accordingly.
Leads design projects and plays a key role in execution of brand campaigns, marketing campaigns, offline projects.
Understanding brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across design properties and brands owned channels.
Conceptualise and work with Marketing and Content team to design collateral material such as Brochures, Email, Newsletters, Product Catalogs, and other Sales & Marketing material
Work in line with the organizational value set
Translate creative briefs into final artwork Design internal and external digital marketing collaterals such as social media posts, website designs, info-graphics, etc.
Experience/qualification:
6+ years of experience. Associates Degree/College Diploma.
Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Figma, Invision, and other Adobe suite or other visual design. In-depth knowledge of Keynote / PowerPoint design
Experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designing and understanding
Ability to convert wire-frames and mockups into intelligent and coherent design layouts. Knowledge of all the current UI and UX technologies and tools.
