You, as a Graphic Designer bring creative ideas to life across a variety of formats. You need to create the end product/design which is user-centric by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, and design patterns.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain high standards of creative designs and ensure that only the best work is released
- Meet or exceed all client s business objectives specific to the product/design.
- Ensure high standards of graphic design, brand consistency and customer experience is maintained by following the brand style guidelines
- Incorporate creative execution best practices to ensure high quality and high volume of designs are delivered in a timely manner.
- The Designer should be able to independently manage the own work queue, handle end-to-end design processes and proactively work with the creative team, client servicing, print production and digital teams and stakeholders when needed.
- The designer should also seek opportunities to improve existing designs, explore solutions that require creativity while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
The Designer must have strong intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and handle large volumes of creative work.
- 3-5 years of proven work experience in an advertising agency.
- Masters/Bachelors degree in Fine Arts/ Graphic Design related creative studies.
- Intermediate/high proficiency in design principles like typography, composition, scale, color theory and knowledge of how those principles work together.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign) .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills is an added advantage.
