Job Description: A graphic designer is a creative professional responsible for conceptualising, creating, and producing visual solutions to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

We are seeking a talented and experienced graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their creativity, technical skills, and ability to bring concepts to life visually. The graphic designer will collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website assets, and more. The role requires proficiency in design software and a keen eye for detail to ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various projects, including print and digital media.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and objectives.

- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for advertisements, brochures, posters, packaging, websites, and other marketing materials.

- Ensure that all designs adhere to deadlines and meet the required specifications for print or digital publication.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design skills and techniques.

- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design revisions.

- Maintain organised files and documentation of design assets for easy access and future reference.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience of 2-4 years as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and graphic design fundamentals.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.

- Detail-oriented with a high standard of quality and accuracy in design work.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with web design principles and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.

- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software.

- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimising design elements for digital platforms.
