Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
- Ability to work on various Real Estate related deliverables like Illustrations, property brochures/flyers, catalogue & booklets, banners, posters & billboard.
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.
- Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
- Design & managing all in-house Magazines & Newspaper ads.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts which include backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboard, posters, and other graphics.
- Video Editing and creating brand videos and corporate presentations.
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to create expressive graphics producing high-quality designs for the company.
- Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers needs.
Education and Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing.
Competencies:
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Computer fluency in Mac and PC and Typography knowledge.
- Strong eye for visual composition.
- Understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation.
- Effective time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and Excellent judgement.
