As a Graphic Designer you will design, enhance and assist marketing and branding efforts of Greystar
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts and Communication or related field
Minimum of five+ years of experience in a related field
Responsibilities:
Tasks listed below and are not an exhaustive list of all the tasks that may be required for this position.
Brand and website graphic designers only please
Strategically brand Multi-Family Properties from start to finish (from ideation to logo creation, production of brand tool kits, all collateral and dynamic websites).
Adhere to brand standards from established brands and bring them to life.
Meet tight deadlines and thrive in an incredibly fast-paced, high output environment
Concept and collaborate on large campaigns.
Facilitate deep level of communication within team and clients.
Present work over the phone and in person while navigating conversations eloquently and strategically.
Responsible for creating a variety of branding and promotional advertising pieces to include text, graphics and photos; output is split between digital and print media and expert-level knowledge of best practices in both is necessary.
Facilitating and participating in brainstorming, design thinking and problem solving workshops.
Critique other designers work in a constructive and professional manner.
Lead projects and delegate/manage work load, if requested.
Come to the table with ways to streamline process.
Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Make recommendations and modifications regarding office performance, business needs, etc.
Any other tasks assigned or directed.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Familiar with HTML, CSS and Javascript capabilities and limitations.
Very comfortable with Microsoft Office programs like Word, Power Point, and Outlook
Experience with UX design.
Prior experience working in a mac environment.
Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills.
Self-motivated to initiate process changes.
Collaborative attitude.
Ability to have flexibility with working schedule based on business and deadline needs.
