About Us:

Golden Prints, a leader in custom apparel and merchandise, is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer who also has video creation skills. If you're passionate about design, experienced in preparing artwork for screen printing, and have a knack for creating engaging social media content, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Design Preparation for Screen printing: Adapt and prepare customer designs for screen printing, including up-scaling, vectoring, and ensuring PMS color accuracy.

Social Media Content Creation: In addition to design work, create compelling video content for social media platforms. Minimum requirement is one video per week, with the potential for more based on availability. Specifics will be discussed during employment.

Video Recording & Editing: Record, edit, and produce high-quality videos that align with our brand and social media strategy.

Graphic Design & Mockups: Create original graphic designs and mockups for a variety of merchandise and apparel.

Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to refine their designs and ensure the final product exceeds expectations.

Team Collaboration & Deadlines: Work with the internal team to meet deadlines, maintain design consistency, and uphold high-quality standards across all media.

Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest design trends and screen printing technologies to keep our offerings cutting-edge.

Requirements: Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in the custom apparel or merchandise industry.

Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to adapt existing designs and create original work.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Video editing skills with a portfolio of social media content youve produced.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and new designs to life.

Willingness to work in accordance with US time zones for collaboration, meetings, and client communication when necessary.
