Graphic Designer

We specialize in creating unique, high-quality designs that transform spaces and reflect the latest trends in interior design. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team full-time at our onsite location.

• Key Responsibilities:

Create fresh, innovative wallpaper designs that align with current trends and the company's brand identity.

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop concepts and bring ideas to life.

Maintain a strong understanding of the wallpaper and interior design industry, staying updated on trends and materials.

• Prepare final designs for production, ensuring all artwork is print-ready and meets technical specifications.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.

• Participate in design brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the company's product offerings.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the wallpaper or interior design industry.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and original wallpaper designs.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate design concepts into marketable products.

Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various departments.

• Interview Process:

First Round: On-Call Interview

• Introduction of yourself and discussion of your experience and design philosophy.

Assessment of your fit within our team and company culture.

Second Round: Design Assignment You will be provided with sample designs and tasked with recreating the design without altering the original concept. This will assess your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

• Third Round: Walk-In Interview

A final in-person interview where you will present your portfolio, discuss your design process, and engage in a detailed conversation about the role and expectations.
