Role : Graphic Designer
Salary : 3 - 5 years of exp
Qualification : Any Graduates
Location : Pune ( WFO).
Salary : 4-6 LPA
Notice Period : 30 - 45 Days

Key Responsibilities:

1) Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools is a must.
2) Should have a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
3) Has a comprehensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across different mediums (e.g., social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, print materials, etc.)
4) Should have a keen understanding of branding guidelines and be able to create designs that maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
5) Good at articulating the marketing team's requirements and putting the narratives on paper accordingly.
6) Experience creating graphics specifically for the IT industry.
7) Understanding of animation or motion graphics for engaging social media content.
8) Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
