- Decode the brief as shared by supervisors, identifying brand requiremnts and identity, target audience etc
- Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, ensuring all art work aligns with the brand's identity and values
2. Design Creation: Develop static creative design layouts for marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, etc.
3. Research:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative art work to ensure that designs are relevant and effective in capturing the target audience's attention
- Conduct research to understand the target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor messaging effectively.
4. Time Management: Following of internal TATs.
5. Operations: Adherence to documented SOPs.
