We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphics Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging short video content for various social media platforms. Your expertise in video editing and motion graphics will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and captivating our target audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to digital advertisements, social media posts, website banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
3. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
4. Work closely with copywriters to integrate visual and textual content effectively.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and technologies to enhance design output.
6. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
7. Assist in the creation and maintenance of design assets, including templates, icons, and graphics libraries.
8. Provide input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
9. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
2. Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
7. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
