Job Overview:
We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer cum Animator who can seamlessly blend graphic design skills with animation expertise to create compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and proficiency in both static and motion graphics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and bring our brand's vision to life through captivating visuals.
Experience Required: 6 years
Contract Tenure: 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media posts, website assets, email campaigns, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Develop animated content such as explainer videos, motion graphics, GIFs, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.
- Conceptualize and storyboard ideas, translating creative briefs into visually appealing designs and animations that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually innovate and enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all assets, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide creative input, and constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender, Maya).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
- Passion for design, animation, and storytelling, with a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
