They implement positioning strategies for companies and individuals through integrated marketing and communication, which includes identifying positioning, defining value propositions, implementing integrated Marcomm strategies, and measuring impact through in-depth analysis of brand conversations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at Eminence. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, working on branding projects, and typography. They will collaborate with the team to implement integrated marketing and communication strategies for clients and contribute to the implementation of the positioning strategy for companies and individuals. The Graphic Designer will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the visual representation aligns with the desired positioning and effectively communicates the brand message.

Eminence Strategy Consulting is looking for a dynamic individual who has superior design skills and experience, along with a portfolio that proves it.

Key Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate must be able to communicate visually and effectively in order to bring about marketing concepts alive.
• Create high-quality graphics using industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Deliver high-quality visual designs from concept to execution for print and digital media.
• Responsible for creating social media posts, stories, reels as per requirements.
• Ideate based on brief and information from user research.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design.
• Develop branding guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Video Shoot + Editing will be preferable.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva and other relevant software tools.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in digital and print design.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory and layout principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
• Passion for design and creativity with a strong desire to innovate and push boundaries.

This is a full-time WFO opportunity, 5-days a week.
