Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals, target audience, and brand voice.
Translate marketing concepts into visually compelling and engaging graphics that resonate with the target audience.
Create a variety of digital and print content, including infographics, illustrations, social media graphics, presentations, and email templates.
Photography & Video Production
Plan and execute photoshoots or source high-quality stock photos for marketing materials.
Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video ideas that align with marketing campaigns.
Create engaging videos using animations, motion graphics, live footage, and sound effects.
Editing & Refinement
Edit and enhance photos to ensure they meet quality, brand standards, and accessibility guidelines.
Edit videos with precision, including cutting, splicing, adding effects, color correction, and optimizing for various platforms (desktop, mobile, social media).
Actively solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and iterate towards the best possible outcome.
Design Expertise
Design visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for various channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and print materials.
Develop innovative and effective layouts for advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Maintain a strong understanding of design principles (composition, hierarchy, typography, color theory) to create impactful visuals.
Brand Advocacy
Champion the company's brand identity by ensuring all design work reflects the branding guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Proactively suggest design solutions that elevate the brand image and resonate with the target audience.
Software Proficiency
Be proficient in industry-standard graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, After effects, Premier Pro) and be able to adapt to new tools.
Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit and produce high-quality videos with a focus on storytelling.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, editing tools, and best practices in the digital marketing landscape.
Qualification
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
Proficient in graphic design software and tools. (Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, After effects, Premier Pro)
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with the latest design trends and technologies.
