Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing high-quality photo and video creatives using Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and other relevant tools. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting visually compelling content that aligns with our digital marketing strategies.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce engaging photo and video creatives for various digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and create designs that meet the brand's objectives.
Develop unique and innovative design concepts that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand identity.
  • Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the desired message.
Edit and retouch images and videos to achieve high-quality outputs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Prepare design assets for various digital platforms, optimizing for performance and user experience.
Work closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and project reviews.
  • Skills Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photo and video creatives, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
Excellent understanding of visual design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and how to design for various platforms (social media, web, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
