Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and skilled Digital Graphic Designer to produce engaging and visually appealing digital content for various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, digital media, and emerging trends, along with the ability to translate concepts into effective visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and user-friendly digital assets, including web graphics, social media posts, email templates, digital ads, and other digital marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Servicing, Copy, and Creative team, to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Develop innovative and creative design concepts that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate key messages.
• Optimize graphics for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency in quality and performance across different devices and browsers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills and capabilities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design projects and campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other design tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is desirable but not required.
• Software requirements _ Adobe Suite and Artificial Intelligence tools
