What is Digiaccel Learning
Digiaccel Learning is an education company for professionals to upskill on in- demand digital skills. Founded by ex HUL leaders in 2022, Digiaccel is building a system for working professionals to learn skills that help accelerate their careers through various outcomes - career transitions, getting promoted or doing better at work. In under a year, the company has over 2000 paying learners and is well on its 1 to 10 journeys.
Where would you fit
The mission for the designer is to tell visual stories, to make our brand come alive in all forms - web, print, videos, etc. and to inspire everyone through creatives. Our industry is ready for some brave new designs. Whether it is slides for a ppt, images for a landing page or a social media post we need creative expression to elevate our ideas and our solutions.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with video editors and creative producers to understand video concepts and design requirements.
Create compelling and informative graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for incorporation into learning videos.
Convert raw PPT presentations into editable Adobe Illustrator (AI) files, maintaining the original layout and content for seamless integration by editors and motion graphics designers.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with our YouTube channel's branding and the marketing goals of our videos. Support end-to end graphic design creation and engagement through all digital channels including Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads and any other third-party partners.
Coordinate with the communications team to develop designs for posts, content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on relevant public social media channels, ensuring that they reflect the brand of the Fellowship.
Identify new design trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the global education industry developments, setting new benchmarks in the space. Work with external vendors and partners for the implementation and execution of the design of outreach collaterals like online brochures, presentations, website, online ads and so on, as required.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand overall brand, campaign goals, brand positioning and guidelines, regularly reviewing that design elements are reflecting the fellowship image.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Applied Arts/ Communication Design/ Graphic Design.
Software skills : Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, CorelDraw.
Great visual design skills, ability to tell visual stories.
An exciting portfolio which reflects your potential.
Ability to collaborate, work in a team, take feedback and improve.
Comfort with the dynamism of a start-up like environment.
An eye for detail, and ability to spot if a pixel is out of line.
About the Company
Digiaccel Learning is a Gurugram headquartered education company that is building for professional education in India. It aims to do so through an application-based curriculum and skilling system to enable learners to pick up the relevant digital skills. These will be enabled by industry professionals through online learning courses with a mix of live and pre-recorded modules. In doing so, it will facilitate outcome-oriented learning with employment/ career acceleration being the targeted outcome.
