Job Description: Graphic Designer

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphics for a variety of media. This includes web and social media content, print materials, branding assets, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.

• Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

• Design and produce a wide range of graphics, including but not limited to social media graphics, website visuals, banners, brochures, posters, logos, and other promotional materials.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms and mediums.

• Develop and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining highquality standards.

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and software updates.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of a digital asset library, including images, templates, and other design resources.

• Work closely with the web development team to ensure graphics are optimized for various digital platforms.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.

• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Experience with web design, UI/UX design, and animation & presentation is a plus.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and other web development languages is an advantage.
