We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and the ability to create visually appealing and effective designs across various mediums. This role involves collaborating with different departments to produce high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Job responsibilities will include:
1. Graphic Designing (40%):
Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign (for booklets and manuals), CorelDRAW, and Canva.
Design brochures, flyers, and other marketing collaterals in line with CricKingdoms brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative designs.
2. Video Editing (40%):
Edit video content for social media platforms, including promotional videos, tutorials, and event highlights using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, Adobe After Effects, and basic knowledge of color correction and DaVinci color grading software.
Ensure all video content aligns with CricKingdoms brand image and marketing objectives.
Work with the content team to develop engaging and high-quality video content.
3. Social Media Posting (5%):
Manage and update social media accounts in the absence of a teammate.
4. Research and Development (10%):
Research and develop social media creatives (static/carousel posts, blog and newsletter creatives, reels) and assist in creating newsletters and email marketing creatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media trends and adapt graphic designing/video editing strategies accordingly.
5. Offline Marketing Support (5%):
Print and deliver/courier offline marketing materials like flyers/brochures.
Provide support in creating marketing materials and promotional items for events.
Coordinate with vendors and partners for event-related requirements.
All you need is:
Graduation in Mass Media & Journalism/Bachelor of Arts in English
Minimum 1+ year experience
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premier Pro
Fluency in English speaking and copywriting (optional)
Social Media Handling Knowledge (advantageous)
