Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer and animator focuses on providing support with related to design and animations aspects for learning solutions within a highly dynamic working environment. They are involved in generating ideas in the development stage, converting those into visual format during production, and editing the final piece in post-production.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans.
- Experience in Adobe Flash Professional, Adobe Illustrator.
- Create and edit images using Adobe Photoshop and other image editing tools.
- Experience in Premier Pro, Indesign, After Effects, Dreamweaver.
- Experience of audio editing using Audacity or similar software.
- Experience in Character designing and animation.
- Good to have Experience in 3D Software (Max/Maya/Blender).
- Good visualization skills to convert concepts into a visual medium.
- Should be able to understand a storyboard (SB) and able to visualize and execute the concept described in the SB.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handles diverse tasks simultaneously.
- Strong Communication Skill in English Language.
- Excellent presentation skills.

- Creating Interactive Design.
- Design and develop interface for e-Learning courseware.
- Develop graphics, animations, videos and e-learning products or courses.
- Review e-Learning courseware from a design perspective and make improvements to course content.
- Develop highly interactive multimedia for eLearning content.
- Creating interactive or animated graphics and videos using a variety of tools, like Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and good to have exposure in tools like 3D Studio Max, simulation tools, including Captivate, Articulate, and Camstasia.
- Creating GUI for eLearning courses and Integrate voice-overs into eLearning course.
