We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team in the role of Graphic Designer. This multifaceted position is responsible for crafting brand concepts and translating them into visually captivating design elements that resonate with the brand's positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Concept and Identity Design
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop new brand concepts, visual identities, and consumer experiences.
Brand Guideline Development and Brand Extension
- Assist in creating brand guidelines and extending visual elements to ensure brand consistency across various platforms.
Print and Digital Design
- Design compelling visuals for both print and digital media, including marketing collateral, web assets, social media graphics, and advertisements.
Packaging Design
- Create innovative packaging designs that align with the brand's identity and resonate with the target audience.
Social Campaign Design Execution
- Work on social media campaign designs, ensuring the visuals align with the overall brand strategy and campaign objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Demonstrated experience in Branding and Communication Design
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign and more)
- Knowledge of brand strategy, layouts, graphic design fundamentals, typography, print, and web
- Experience with both print and digital media
- Strong understanding of design principles and consumer behavior
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for design aesthetics and a strong attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills
- Awareness of current branding and design trends
