Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Blitz Academy. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including corporate communications, posters, online advertising, and more. This is a full-time position or based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
- Excellent visual and communication skills
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of 3D design and visual art is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing designs for various mediums such as corporate communications, posters, online advertising, etc.
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, websites, and social media
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts
- Ensure brand consistency through the creation of style guides and templates
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies
- Manage multiple design projects and prioritize deadlines
- Work with external vendors to coordinate printing and production processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflow
