Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to create stunning visuals that convey our brand message and resonate with our audience. You will be responsible for designing across digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and branding materials. Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and advertisements.
- Develop and execute designs for print materials such as brochures, packaging, banners, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and alignment with business goals.
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Experience with animation and video editing is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and mediums, including digital and print work.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
