Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identity Development: Design and maintain visual/ Graphics design that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our brand's identity and values.
Marketing Materials: Create engaging graphics/ tool kits/ SOPsfor various marketing materials including print ads, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional collateral.
Digital Assets: Develop visually appealing designs, content delivery (video + static) for our website, and social media handles, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with seniors / cross functional departments to design visuals that support campaign strategies, offers activation collateral development, including seasonal promotions and new product launches.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our visual assets remain cutting-edge and relevant.
Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients into design revisions, maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the alcohol beverages or consumer goods industry.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and previous work on brand identity, packaging, and marketing materials.
Bachelor of Design (B.Des.), Master of Design (M.Des.)
