Key Responsibilities:

As a graphic designer, you will have to:

Develop creative and innovative designs for print collateral, digital platforms, websites, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to translate marketing and branding strategies into compelling visual designs.

Create visual assets for social media channels, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.

Produce high-quality illustrations, infographics, and icons.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Qualifications:

Graphic Design Principles: Mastery of design fundamentals such as color theory, typography, layout, and composition is essential for creating visually appealing and effective designs.

Web Design Proficiency: Understanding user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing websites.

Social Media Design: Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). Understanding the specific design requirements, trends, and best practices for each platform to maximize engagement and reach.

Software Skills: Proficiency in key design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and modern tools like Figma & Framer. (must know these)

HTML/CSS Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is important for creating and styling web pages, ensuring that designs can be effectively translated into functional websites.

Responsive Design: The ability to design websites that function well on various devices and screen sizes is crucial, as users access websites from a wide range of devices.
