Job Description
We are based out of Canada so the individual is required to work during the Canadian timings.
The work timings would be Monday to Friday 8.30 pm to 5 am, work from home position.
(Timings are subject to change)
This role is a combination of social media managing and administrative help to the CEO. It is directly reporting to CEO.
We are a startup fashion business based in Canada. We sell our clothes online via our website. So we are looking for a person who is competent enough to join our team as a social media manager, exclusively work on E-commerce.

Creation of content using graphic design software
Thorough knowledge for designing and editing posts for e-commerce products
Administrative help by performing the duties assigned which includes monitoring the orders, placing them on trackers and software's etc.
Content Strategy and Creation for e-commerce
Manage and maintain the brand's presence on different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Track key social media metrics and implement strategies (engagement rate, reach, impressions, click-through rates, etc.).
Monitor mentions, hashtags, and discussions related to the brand or industry to stay informed about trends and sentiment in e-commerce
Produce high-quality and authentic content that resonates with our target audience and fits our niche.
Show creativity and uniqueness to stand out in a competitive market.
Focus on growing your followers across different social media platforms by consistently sharing valuable content.
Engage with your audience through comments, messages, and interactions
Requirement:
Great in designing, must have some experience.
We are looking for a person who has the passion to develop content and is well aware of with the designing tools and software.
Passion for work, accommodating personality, multi tasking required
Knowledge of relevant software's and tools required

We are a startup and looking for an individual who's is willing to grow with us. Depending on revenue, there would be bonuses distributed every 6 months. Also, options for many career advancement.
Salary Range- Rs 7000-10,000 per month.
