Responsibilities

Create visually appealing and on-brand design materials for real estate properties, including brochures, flyers, signage, digital ads, newsletter, internal communication, creative post and social media graphics etc.

Proficiency in graphic design software like CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Canvas and any new relevant tools.

Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and goals

Develop design concepts that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our properties

Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations for property marketing purposes

Collaborate with photographers and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality visual assets

Adapt existing design templates to various property types and marketing channels

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques

Maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across all marketing materials
