Job Summary:
Adzee is looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our clients messages. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging content for various digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development:
- Conceptualize and create visuals based on client requirements.
- Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos using design software or by hand.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Collaboration:
- Work with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing team members to produce final designs.
- Test graphics across various media to ensure quality and consistency.
- Amend designs after feedback to meet client expectations.
- Project Management:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Requirements:
- Proven graphic design experience, ideally within a marketing or advertising setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations and other graphics.
- Proficiency in design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
- Experience with typography and color theory.
- Ability to create marketing collateral, online ads, social media graphics, and other digital marketing materials.
